Please send your materials in full at least 14 days before your article’s planned publication date (via a file-hosting service, link, email etc.).
Content
- Deliverable: 1 completed article to be published on ArchDaily. You will have the opportunity to request 1 round of corrections, which must be notified to your Account Manager within 5 working days after receiving the article draft (only minor corrections will be accepted).
- Up to 10 image files. The final selection will be made by ArchDaily's editorial team in order to optimize user engagement. Please ensure that rights for all images are cleared and that any copyright issues are clarified.
- Minimum image width: 1200 pixels
- Max word count: 650
- Additional: you may send 2 URLs to direct users to any webpages relevant to your article’s topic. Please include the links next to the word(s) that will be hyperlinked using parentheses. In any case, 2 hyperlinked mentions of your company may be included by our editors.
- The submitted article must not have been previously published elsewhere, as this can affect the overall results and performance.
- Note: Videos should be uploaded as links to Vimeo or YouTube.
Layout
- Intro: in no more than 100 words, the introduction should provide a brief summary of the content that our readers can expect to find in the article.
- Main body: consider that our readers value useful and informative content, explained in a simple and summarized way.
Delivery
- ArchDaily will publish the article within 2 weeks of receiving your materials (according to availability), providing proofreading and possible layout adjustments as well as a final title for strong SEO.

- All copyright issues regarding images and texts must be clarified. Publication of materials should not infringe upon any third-party rights.
