Please send your materials in full at least 37 days before your article’s planned publication date (via a file-hosting service, link, email etc.).
Content
- Your submission should include all the necessary details regarding your desired topic. This will be used by our editors as a base to create your editorial article.
- Additional information: you may send 2 URLs to direct users to any webpages relevant to your chosen topic. Please include the links next to the word(s) that will be hyperlinked using parentheses. In any case, 2 hyperlinked mentions of your company may be included by our editors.
- Note: Videos should be uploaded as links to Vimeo or YouTube.
- Images: up to 10. Note that the final selection will be made by ArchDaily's editorial team to maximize user engagement. Please ensure that the image rights are cleared and that copyright issues are clarified.
- Minimum image width: 1200 pixels
- Article length: between 600 – 800 words
Corrections
- You will have the opportunity to request 1 round of corrections, which must be notified to your Account Manager within 5 working days after receiving the article draft (only minor corrections will be accepted). The editor’s overall authorial voice and stylistic choices should be maintained in order to maximize engagement with our audience.
Once the corrections are received, ArchDaily will deliver the final version of the article within 5 working days. You will then have 48 hours to send your final approval (if we do not receive a reply, the article will be published on the pre-established date). - If any deadlines above are exceeded, the publication date will be changed to the next available slot.

- All copyright issues regarding images and texts must be clarified. Publication of materials should not infringe upon any third-party rights.
