what you should provide

  • Pre-recorded answers to 10 editorial questions (which we’ll provide in advance)
  • Images of your product(s) or booth to complement the video
  • Ideally recorded by a designer or brand spokesperson (video or audio)
  • You can also send supporting texts or background info if relevant
  • Please send us a destination URL
  • Note: If no materials are submitted in advance, we will work solely with footage filmed on site.

Best practices for answering the editorial questions

  • Use simple, clear English – we’ll subtitle the final result
  • Keep it short and natural – aim for 1–2 sentences per answer
  • Focus on what makes your brand, product, or fair presence special or unique
  • If recording video/audio: choose a quiet, well-lit environment
  • No need to be perfect – we’ll edit and refine the material as needed

DELIVERY OF DATA

  • All materials should be submitted to your Partner Success Manager at least 2 weeks before the scheduled filming date.
