Best practices for preparing the interview

To make the most of your 15-minute interview:

  • Prepare your answers in advance
  • Focus on insights, innovation, and relevance to today’s design challenges
  • Avoid overly commercial or generic messaging
  • Keep responses concise – social media viewers respond best to direct, authentic content

Best practices for the interview location

Please ensure the space meets the following criteria for optimal filming quality:

  • Lighting: Soft, diffused lighting with minimal shadows
  • Background: Neutral, light-colored walls (optional: removable branding elements)
  • Sound: Quiet space with no echo; ideally with carpeted floors and sound-absorbing materials like curtains or wall panels
