  • Video file without letter or pillarboxing
  • Format: MP4 or MOV file. GIFs are not supported. Please convert to a video file with a minimum length of 3 seconds
  • Resolution: highest available that meets file size and ratio limits specified below
  • Size: 4 GB max.
  • Length: 3 seconds to 10 minutes. Videos shorter than 3 minutes recommended (according to LinkedIn, optimal video ad performance is reached at 15 seconds)
  • Frame rate: up to 30 FPS (frames per second)

Pixel and Aspect Ratio

  • Landscape format: 16:9
  • Aspect Ratio: 1:78 (min. 640 x 360 pixels - max.1920 x 1080 pixels)
  • Note: if possible, ensure videos have a horizontal (landscape) orientation. While videos in a square and vertical format are accepted by LinkedIn, they will only be shown on mobile devices that support it
  • Video captions: SRT format

IMAGE/THUMBNAIL

  • Image size: min. 640 x 360 pixels - max. 1920 x 1080 pixels
  • File type: JPG, PNG or GIF
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9 (1.78)
  • Recommended resolution: highest available
  • Should follow the graphic design guidelines mentioned here.
  • Should be in horizontal format without any borders

CONTENT

  • Avoid interview videos because our audience doesn't engage with faces, especially if they're not someone famous - cases where interviews do well is when they are supported with a lot of visuals.
  • Avoid commercially-filmed videos and audios.
  • It is recommended to show videos of manufacturing process or user experience with the productAudios should be eligble to use for commercial use.  
  • English language recommended.

Text

  • Text should be provided when the content of the social media post does not come from www.archdaily.com
  • Max. 200 characters including spaces (please include your company name)
  • Title: max. 150 characters including spaces
  • Format: Word or RTF documents
  • Up to 7 hashtags. Must be content-focused and should already be in use (i.e. has followers/community)

Delivery of data

  • Please send your deliverables in full, at least 10 days before your  campaign’s planned publication date (via a file-hosting service,  link, email, etc.).
  • The non-delivery of required data may prevent the publication of your campaign. Should this be the case, no claim to a refund or a waiver of costs may be made.
  • As soon as we receive your deliverables, publication will continue as stipulated
