SUMMARY OF DATA REQUIREMENTS

  • Amount: 1 to 5 good-quality images: Choose clear, high-quality images that show your page in the best way.
  • Text:
    • Title of the pin (the post)
    • Primary text describing the product/project further
  • Click throught: Destination URL to the landing page of the client, where people can see further information about the project that is being promoted and find more information
  • Account tag:Your Pinterest profile handle (if available).
  • Geo targeting: Mention the cities or countries you want to reach, so the right people see your content.

vISUAL GUIDANCE

  • Context: Visuals should be strictly within an architectural context, relatable and inspirational to architects, students, professors, engineers, designers, manufacturers, and design enthusiasts.
  • Angle: Images should be taken from a correct elevation or top view. Avoid irregular angles or low perspectives.
  • Detailed shots: Highlight product or design details with shallow depth of field meaning, sharp focus on key elements of the product/project with a softly blurred background.
  • Quality: Adjust image exposure and lighting (avoid dark images unless the product itself is dark). Make sure the product is well-lit so it's easy to see clearly.
  • Colors: The colors in the photo should look natural not too dull or too bright.
  • Background: Avoid using PNG shots with a white background. Use natural elements like greenery and landscapes to enhance images.
  • Storytelling: Use visual storytelling by including images of the product in use, production process shots, and visuals that convey the mission or idea behind the product.
  • Focus: Avoid unnecessary objects or visible human faces that distract from the subject.
  • Visibility and Legibility: Text should overlay clearly over image/video

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Quantity: 1 to 5 high-resolution images.
  • Aspect ratio: 2:3 or 9:16. Note: All images should maintain the same proportions, either 2:3 or 9:16  (Please do not send the mixed imagery Ex: some photo in portrait format and some in landscape. Keep it consistent) .
  • File type: JPG, PNG or MP4.
  • Resolution: Minimum 1000 x 1500 pixels.
  • File naming: Sequence in desired publication order (For example: 01-image-name.jpg, 02-image-name.jpg). "

  • Language: British English.
  • Title: Keep the title short—no more than 100 characters (including spaces).
  • Description: You can write up to 400 characters (including spaces and hashtags). Make sure to include the company name.
  • Keywords: Use words in the title and description that people might type when searching on Pinterest.
  • Hashtags: May 10 hashtags.
  • File Format: Save everything in a Word document or RTF file.

TONE OF VOICE

  • Start with a catchy headline in the very first sentence to grab attention.
  • Write the text using third-person perspective, referring to people or things as "it" or "they" instead of using "we" (first person) or "you" (second person).
  • Keep the language simple and conversational so it feels natural and easy to understand.- Avoid making the text sound too promotional, sales-focused, or pushy.
  • Stay clear of vague or abstract statements, overly general comments, and biased language to maintain clarity and credibility.
